The use, maintenance, maintenance and precautions of slab gate valve

1. The strength and sealing test have been done before the valve leaves the factory, and all connections should be kept in the original state during use.
2. The opening and closing rotation direction marks are marked on the operating hand wheel of this series of valves, and the opening and closing height scale is provided on the upper part of the exposed rod type for adjustment instructions.
3. When the valve is welded with the pipeline, the valve should be opened, and the neck should be properly protected with moisture to minimize high-temperature heat conduction to prevent damage to the sealing packing.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use the booster rod when closing the valve. When the gate is closed to the top, the hand wheel should be turned 1/2 turn to keep the gate in a floating state.
5. During the use of the valve, a certain amount of grease should be regularly injected into the bonnet grease joint.
6. During the use of the valve, if it leaks due to wearing parts, it should be replaced in time.
7. During the maintenance process of the valve, the inner cavity should be cleaned, and the transmission parts should be lubricated with grease during assembly.
8. When the valve is stored and out of service, the gate should be kept in the closed position. For long-term storage, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and it should be checked and maintained regularly.
