Methods for judging hydraulic system failures:

Fault judgment should follow the following principles:
(1) Efficiency: The shutdown of hydraulic equipment often results in the shutdown of unit projects. In this case, it is useful to judge the equipment failure. Secondly, the speed of fault judgment is improved. The second is to require accurate judgment. The more accurate the results, the less cost and time it takes to remove obstacles. When identifying faults, the loading and unloading of equipment should be minimized to avoid adverse effects on the accuracy of hydraulic components.
(3) Accumulate experience: equipment maintenance and management personnel continue to learn and master hydraulic professional knowledge, understand system principles and the structure of each component, have strong fault judgment and identification capabilities, and avoid major fault losses.
