Weld neck Flanges

API Specified 6B Weld Neck Flanges have restricted bores to match standard pipe sizes and schedules. API Spec 6A Specified, 6 BX Weld Neck Flanges, have material and dimensions that conform to the requirements for full bore integral flanges. API Spec 6A does not specify overall length of 6BX Weld Neck Flanges, but instead provides dimensions of specific portions of the flange, with tolerance, that are added together, along with an undefined weld bevel, to achieve a length.

Adapter Flanges

Jelin manufactures Adapter Flanges in all sizes and pressure ratings. Popular Adapter Flanges are Double studded adapter flanges, companion flanges, flange x union adapters. Customers may use Adapter Flanges for transition in nominal size and/or pressure rating.

Blind flange

Blind flange is a kind of solid flange which is widely used for oil and gas industry, it’s also called blind cover, no through holes in the center, its function is the same as the pipe plug or the pipe cap. Jelin blind flanges are made as per API 6A, ANSI B16.5 and ASME B16.5,etc.

Companion flange

A Companion Flange, sometimes referred to as a hub, is a flange that corresponds to another flange. It has bolt holes that align with another flange is a trait of this type of flange. Usually a companion flange features a Raised Face (RF) or Ring Joint (RTJ), with a threaded outlet. Also called a Threaded Flange by some people.The companion flange is an important component of a pipeline, a plumbing system or wellhead christmas tree. In most situations, this flange is attached to the flange of another pipe and then the pipeline is assembled to fit tightly between the two flanges. Jelin’s companion flanges are made of high quality AISI4130 forged alloy steel or 410 stainless steel in accordance with API6A standards. Our companion flanges have been widely used on various wellhead assembly and christmas tree with excellent reliable performance.
