Expanding Gate Valve

The expanding gate valves are made according to API 6A and consists of one gate body and related gate segment. It’s designed for mainly used in the thermal recovery wellhead,production trees and manifolds. Products can be used under tough conditions such as H2S,CO2,high temperature, low temperature and acute corrosion.

Expanding gate valve design, no rising stem, and metal-to-metal seal. It is suitable for all types of oil field operations. Continuous full-hole / through-pipe flow on the sealing surface to minimize pressure drop and eliminate turbulence. The valve body cavity is filled with grease, which is easy to operate, corrosion-resistant, and long service life. Grease fittings with two safety covers are provided on the valve body for adding grease at any time. Bolted bonnet, easy to replace internal parts. Conforms to API 6A.
