Demco Mud Gate Valve

Mud gate valves are solid gate, rising stem, gate valves with resilient seals, these valves are designed in accordance with API 6A standard and are interchangeable with the Mud Valves of DEMCO DM series. It is mainly used for mud, cement, fracturing and water service and are easy to operate and simple to maintain.

Designed specifically for abrasive and erosive condition.
Connection: Flanged, Thread, Butt weld , Hammer Union.
Pressure ratings up to 5,000 psi in 2", 3", 4", 5" x 4" and 6" x 4" Valve Sizes.

Working Temperature.: -46°C ~ +121°C

Sour Service Models to NACE MR-01-75.
Specification Level: PSL1 ~ PSL4.

Performance Requirement: PR1.
Manufactured and Tested in Accordance with API Spec 6A
Forged Steel Body and Bonnet
Valve seat and gate are sealed by Metal to Metal Sealing
